Australia: Shoppers Flock To Stores As Lockdown Ends In New South Wales
Non-essential retail businesses reopened in New South Wales on Monday, October 11 after 106 days of COVID-19 lockdown.
Crowds of shoppers were seen at Kmart stores queuing up before midnight to celebrate the easing of restrictions. Also, a video posted on social media showed the inside of a crowded store with long lines at the checkouts after midnight.
