Mexico: Storm Pamela Makes Landfall On Western Coast As Category One Hurricane 2
Pamela made landfall on the western coast of Mexico as a Category 1 hurricane Wednesday morning, October 13.
The storm hit just north of Mazatlan in the northwestern state of Sinaloa with high winds and rainfall, causing flooding and building damage in some areas.
