Octopus plays hide-and-seek with diver
An amusing video has emerged of an octopus appearing to play a game of hide-and-seek with a diver.
In the footage captured off the coast of Kalaoa in Hawaii, US earlier this month, the octopus repeatedly bobs up and down whenever a diver comes into view.
“Octopus are one of the more intelligent creatures in the ocean. Sometimes they are too curious for their own good. If you hide from them they will come out and look for you,” the diver later wrote online.
