A man from Georgia in the USA couldn't believe a new bulldog puppy was really his Christmas gift.

"I surprised my husband, Jacob with a baby English bulldog!" said the filmer, Ashleigh May.

"He had been asking for one forever," she added.

May said that her partner had to work late on December 23 - the day she planned to surprise him.

"His family and I waited for like 3-4 hours and he was in such a bad mood because we were repeatedly asking him when he would get off!" she said.

As you can see in the video, Jacob turns from grumpy to delighted as soon as he spots the pup.
