"'You can do it!' flashed right through my mind as I proceeded to go through this 340m webbing," Bryan commented. "I sat close to anchor A for several minutes before I started walking.
"With 70m remaining to reach anchor B, my body relaxed as my mind took over for a second and that's when I learned that the mind is the most powerful tool in the world if you can focus."
