A fire broke out in Cleveland National Forest spanning Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties in Southern California, Wednesday on March 2.

The fire, dubbed the Jim Fire, was reported at about 11:15 a.m. and burned at least 400 acres by 2:00 p.m., according to reports.

A huge plume of smoke could be seen across the region.
