Unique Drone Footage of a Huge Pod of Dolphins Surfing a Wave Together
A handful of times through winter when a strong swell aligns with a pod of playful dolphins passing through the bay they'll stop by to have some fun.
I've been waiting a long time for all the elements to align. Luckily on this they did. The water was clear enough to see the large pod of dolphins riding the wave just under the surface along with breaching as the wave roars down the point. The cherry on top of the cake is when the dolphins all turn together at the end of the wave and jump out the back in perfect unison.
Certainly a morning I won't forget any time soon!
