This boy didn't know how to react during his first-ever encounter with a duckling.

Filmed by Carol Eifert, this delightful footage shows the youngling trying his hardest not to get freaked out while encountering a duckling.

"My grandsons had three adult ducks and two were killed by a predator, leaving one duck very lonely," Carol, from Roseburg, Oregon, said.

"So, this is my grandson, Maddox meeting a baby duck for the first time. He was a little scared and his expressions said it all."
