It doesn't even take a second for tears to start rolling down John's face, which makes Katie emotional as well.

The dad-to-be keeps asking "is it real?" and "are you serious?" as the filmer keeps providing him assurance about the news being 100% true.

"My husband and I had been trying for a baby for a couple of months," the mom-to-be told us. "He knew I had an announcement ready for when it happened, but didn’t expect it that day, because I had been taking tests too early and, obviously, getting negatives.

"We both thought it was negative that month, which is why he was so shocked and didn’t get it at first. We have been together for almost 10 years, married for seven months!"
