It is fun to watch a happy and entertaining response to a coveted gift.

In this heartwarming video, as a young boy, accompanied by his father and grandmother, enters the room, his mother pulls out Angus, the sausage dog she had been hiding beneath her sweater.

After a brief moment of shock, the boy screams with joy because he had been asking for Angus for two years.

"My husband and I are blessed with a five-year-old boy called Henry," said Tara Slinger. "Henry had been asking for 'a sausage dog called Angus' for over two years, and about a year ago, the proper research and prep began. We actually found Angus via a post that went viral on Facebook [a lady had her arm amputated during the first pandemic and was looking for the nurse who stayed with her to give her a pup].

"We told Henry we'd found Angus and took him to visit him once but then stopped talking about it so we could surprise him one day by bringing him home."
