Strong storms battered Sicily, Italy, yesterday (October 9). The town of Castelvetrano, in the province of Trapani, was hit by severe floods.

A man, named Filippo Gino, filmed the scary scenes from his balcony. Water violently flows across the streets.

From 0:00 to 0:41, Filippos says:

"Here we go again. A week later water has come reached us again. My dad's car is submerged. The same happened last week. Waves are one and a half metres high".

Local authorities asked residents to stay away from river banks due to landslide risks.
