Japan's Epsilon rocket launch fails due to positioning problem

Epsilon-6 rocket carrying satellites into orbit failed at launch on Wednesday, October 12.

The craft took off from Uchinoura Space Center in the southern prefecture of Kagoshima, Japan, but a self-destruct signal was sent about 6.5 minutes later because of positioning abnormalities.
