Context
Today, a group of animal protesters in Barcelona demonstrated in front of a slaughterhouse during the pre-Christmas cockfight vigil. They stopped and refused to allow lorries with chickens to pass and cameras showed the poor state of the animals inside the lorries.
Interviews

Interview 1
Animal Protestant
Question: What are you doing here today?
Answer: We are a group of animal activists who are part of a worldwide organisation. We do different kinds of actions, and one of them is to gather in front of slaughterhouses where animals come without food and water for hours or even days.

Interview 2
Animal Protestant
Important note: This is an impromptu statement. The reason for the shakiness in the recording is that I was unable to use a tripod as the police began to clear the area.
Statement: This is a 45-day old broiler chicken genetically selected to weigh 4 kilos in 45 days and in reality, it should weigh 400 grams. They are living beings that need to live in peace and they are kept in a state as consumer products. These animals need our help to denounce this shitty system.
