If you check in lobby, you would see HIM around in the lobby either playing around or you will see he playing with the hotel staffs or guests check in.
The "Oyen" (orange) his name, is famous in this hotel.
He sometimes would sit in front of the hotel lobby main entrance WELCOMING guests.
