Two people have died after a gunman opened fire on a Kurdish cultural centre in the middle of Paris.
A 69-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of carrying out the shootings that left a further four people injured.
Footage from the scene shows the police cordon on Rue d'Enghien as all members of the emergency services attend the scene today (23/12).
The filmer captioned the video: "So shocked to be there at the time of the shooting."
Authorities advised residents to avoid the Strasbourg-Saint Denis area.
Local media have reported that there is no known motive for the attack.
Police are now carrying out a murder investigation after it was reported the gunman handed himself over to authorities.
