This YouTuber tested how a knife that was heated up to 1,000 degrees Celsius slices through objects such as jelly, bubble wrap, and a Mars bar.

The filmer heated the knife using gas burners for about 10 minutes, seeing the kitchen utensil glow red before it was put to the test.

A Kinder Surprise egg is the final item that the knife slices through.

The filmer told Newsflare: "This hot cutting process creates an interesting reaction to various things and food, which is oddly satisfying, especially when unexpected sounds are made or things begin to burn without fire."
