This is the moment City of Atlanta Police Department officers investigating multiple vehicle break-ins managed to arrest a suspect. The incident began after an eyewitness reported he had seen a man rummaging through his neighbour’s vehicle. The suspicious person was inside the car when spotted by the witness who said they had then emerged holding items that appeared to be a cell phone and a white box, believed to be taken from the vehicle.

The witness provided officers with a description of the suspect, later identified as Daniel Ingram, 27, and the direction of travel and they then found him casing a nearby car park. Officers immediately detained Ingram and recovered items believed to be taken from multiple vehicles by him.
During the investigation officers two additional vehicle owners whose vehicles were broken into by Ingram.He was charged with Theft from Motor Vehicle, Burglary, and Possession of Narcotics. Ingram was transported to the Fulton County Jail without incident.
