This is the bizarre moment a man threw a fish at a passing car in London, Canada.

Dashcam footage captured in March 2018 shows a man walking alongside a road launching a fish at the passing vehicle. A crack is made in the car's front windscreen.

It was not clear what instigated the man to behave like this, but luckily no one got hurt.
