This mother decided to capture how active and energetic her two daughters were at seven in the morning.
Daine Turry, 34, from Minneapolis, was at home just starting her day when she heard sound coming from her basement.
She got down there and found her two daughters already up and having a blast as her four-year-old was 'dropping a beat', whilst the two-year-old was giggling and swinging from the ceiling.
Daine said: "We have spunky and active girls that love to have a good time."
