South Lake Tahoe, California On January 24th, 2023, @judynotjetson and his partner were on a hiking excursion in the wilderness with their dog, Scout. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a peaceful and enjoyable trip turned into a less-than-ideal situation.

During the night, the rain caused the tent to become flooded, leaving him and his companions to wake up to a wet and soggy environment. Upon discovering that Scout was also damp, he took quick action and wrapped his jacket around the dog in order to keep her warm.

He then woke up his partner to inform her about the situation, and he captured the extent of the flooding in a video, which he shared on social media. The video showed the flooded tent and belongings scattered about, eliciting reactions of sympathy and understanding from viewers.
