"After our previous dog passed away four months ago, we knew we had to get another dog as the house just didn't feel right after losing our baby," the filmer, Karen Otzenberger told WooGlobe. "I saw Charlie on a Dog Rescue page."
The filmer further shared that it didn't take her or her husband long to fall in love with Charlie, and knew after the first meeting that she was the one for them.
"On our way home, I kept calling my husband every 15 minutes to make sure everything would be a HUGE SURPRISE (for the kids)," she added.
