The ferry Walla Walla that headed from Bremerton to Seattle, a passenger ferry carrying hundreds of people, ran aground in Rich Passage near Bainbridge Island, Washington on Saturday, April 15.

There were no injuries or any reports of pollution, authorities said.

Local media said nearly 600 hundred were no board and the ferry lost power.
