Man records as he trudges through ankle-deep snow in Regina, Canada
The snow is wet and freezing into ice in spots, winds are constant from the east. Gusts are not very high but I did catch a 3 second Snownado in front of the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel. Its about 10cm deep with maximum drifts up to my knees. It should all melt in a couple days and everything will turn green and clean!
