A dazed woman was captured trying to walk down the up escalator and appeared to be stuck in a loop. 

Quality manager Alexa Norton, 32, was on holiday at Fremont street in Las Vegas, when she spotted the individual stuck on the escalator on April 21. 

Alexa immediately whipped out her phone to capture the confused woman, who appeared to not notice there was an issue. 

After filming, Alexa went up to the woman to try and help her but was allegedly met with a hostile response. 

She posted the video online where it has since amassed over 2.7 million views. 

Alexa said: “We noticed the individual was drunk and stuck the wrong way on the escalator so I recorded these eight seconds and then went to help her. 

“She repeatedly insisted she knew what she was doing and asked me to go away or leave her alone,  so I went the rest of the way up. 

“We then watched a guy come and holler at her and she then sped up to get to the bottom and got off.”
