This elder man might’ve lost control of his brakes or something of the sort at a red light & gives a nice love tap to the following car in front then continues to try & leave the scene willing to run the owner of the car over . He gets away but he won’t get away with this
i was standing there from beginning to end & yes the police eventually came & i had somewhere to be so i saw the officer briefly
