West Ham fan jogs with football legend Mark Noble after spotting him in Prague
Matt, 37, from Deal, a town in Kent, England, has been a West Ham Fan for 30 years and a season ticket holder for 20.
"I was over in Prague for the biggest West Ham match in recent history", explained Matt.
The fan was sitting and chilling outside his boat hotel with a beer when he spotted West Ham legend Mark Noble out for a jog along the river. As he was running towards him, he shouted whether he could take a quick picture with him. He told him he would run alongside him not to disturb his exercise.
"He grinned and said 'Yes mate!", Matt told Newsflare. "He threw his arm around me and off we went".
"From there on, my trip was already made, before we went on to make history and win a European trophy and the first trophy I’ve seen in my lifetime".
"As a season ticket holder for so long, I was at Mark Noble's debut during the West Ham match in 2004, and at his final game before retirement last season. So I’ve witnessed his whole career firsthand. It was kind of a big deal seeing him up close and personal".
Matt said that the clip went viral and he was regularly getting stopped and approached by fellow supporters in Prague, having a laugh and a joke about the video.
