Notably, one participant has gone the extra mile by completely painting their entire body green. In an impressive display of unity and purpose, hundreds of nude cyclists have congregated at Preston Park, eagerly preparing themselves for a seven-mile journey across the city. This remarkable event, now in its 17th iteration in Brighton, aims to emphasize the importance of solidarity while spreading crucial messages regarding the climate emergency.
The Naked Bike Ride serves as a powerful symbol, highlighting the vulnerability faced by cyclists and the strength and security found in numbers. Simultaneously, it stands as a passionate protest against climate change, as well as a joyous celebration of bicycles, bodies, and environmentally conscious living.
