Info from Licensor: "Mom trying to set the hook for her daughter during her first time fishing on the boat so that she can reel it in the rest of the way. Somehow her hair gets reeled up! Dad tries to help by pulling her hair from the reel but Mom knows it’s going to have to be unwound. In the end, the daughter was thrilled to have caught a fish and didn’t even care that her hair had gotten reeled in with it!"
