On July 1st, high school students in Sao Paulo took to the streets to voice their opposition to the proposed reform of the new high school system for state schools.

Organizing themselves effectively, students and teachers gathered at Praca do Ciclista, where they conducted an open class to highlight their concerns. Following this, they marched along Rua da Consolacao towards the office of the secretary of education.

During the protest, impassioned chants echoed through the streets as protesters raised banners and flags, making their message clear to the authorities. The unified demonstration served as a powerful expression of their collective discontent with the proposed reform.
