The Chaotian Palace is located in Shuiximen, Qinhuai District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. It is the highest level, largest scale, and most complete preserved ancient architectural community of Ming and Qing dynasties in the Jiangnan region, known as the "First Scenic Spot of Jinling". Lingxing Gate is the gate of Chaotian Palace. It has four columns and three memorial archway, with a face width of 15.5 meters. The ancient legend of "Lingxing" is that it is a literary star, and its shape is curved and connected. It is called the Lingxing Gate, which means that the talents trained by the Wenmiao School are used by the country. To the north of Lingxing Gate is the courtyard of the Confucian Temple, with two rooms on each side. To the east is the Wenli Zhai and the Si Shen Ku; On the west side are the Military Officer's Studio and the Zai Animal Pavilion. The Wen Li Zhai and the Wu Guan Zhai are places where Wen Kai officials rest and bathe during the Confucius worship ceremony. The Si Shen Ku and the Zai Ai Ting are respectively places for storing the plaque of the Confucius God and making offerings for the three animals. There are tourists taking photos here, men, women, and children. Most of them come and go here with their grandchildren to play and visit Confucius' teachings. The green trees and blue sky are the background, and the four stone lion statues at the entrance indicate that the town is a place to ward off evil spirits, with a noble status, rising step by step, and good luck meanwhile you can see Confucius' teachings from afar.
