US: Severe Storms Roll Across East Tennessee, EF2 Tornado Touches Down In Knox County
An EF-2 tornado was confirmed to touch down in Hardin Valley, west Knox County, on Monday, August 7, as severe storms rolled across East Tennessee, leaving significant damage.
The storm left tens of thousands without power, and residents of more than 300 units at the apartment complex were displaced.
This video shows the storm bringing torrential rain to Knoxville.
