Info from Licensor: "I was driving on the Belt parkway at around noon in NYC and observed this BMW driving very fast and recklessly, almost hitting several cars as they passed me. I lost sight of them and a few minutes later I came to a major slowdown and saw pieces of bumper in the road. I had a feeling the car I had seen before had caused an accident and once I saw that they had I pulled over to share the video I had with the police and any victims. I showed it to the police but they said they didn't need it since they knew he was being reckless. The people in the other car seemed to be mildly injured and were holding their necks. One of them had blood on her shirt and was being treated in an ambulance. The reckless BMW was turned around facing the wrong way with the whole front smashed along with the windshield. Most of the airbags seemed to have deployed. I spoke to some of the people who witnessed the accident itself and they said the reckless driver had fled and ran into the grass on the side of the road. I'm not sure if they were found at any point."
