Info from Licensor: "Driving down highway 35 in Dayton after a visit to help my Mother. I first noticed the large dog head poking out of the sunroof. Then I realized the license plate! I played catch-up with the vehicle while pulling out my phone and laughing my head off. Ended up only having that one chance to get a video as the vehicle (and dog!) got lost in traffic."
