'Friends of Al-Aqsa' Palestinian flag still on King Charles I statue in London after night of protests
A Palestinian flag with the initials FOA on it remained attached to a statue of King Charles I in London on Sunday 15 October, a day after protests nearby.
FOA is the acronym of pro-Palestinian activist group Friends of Al-Aqsa.
The statue is beside Trafalgar Square in central London, where the day before thousands of people turned out for a demonstration in support of Gaza and against Israel.
