Disruptions as waves whipped up by Storm Babet crash onto train tracks
Winds brought by Storm Babet caused travel disruptions as waves were blown onto train tracks in Dawlish, Devon, on October 18.
Footage recorded by a passenger shows waves crashing over a seawall next to the tracks.
The filmer told Newsflare: "A Great Western Railway class 802 suffered a failure after being struck by waves at Teignmouth causing delays and trains to have to operate south 'wrong line' along the seawall to pass the stranded train."
