During her lunch break, Britney Hannon dialed the IRS representative in an attempt to resolve the mystery of her missing tax refund. The customer service representative (CSR) diligently took Britney's information and placed her on a 5-7 minute hold. Upon the CSR's return, a peculiar turn of events unfolded.

After checking if Britney was still on the line, the CSR encountered an unusual silence. Repeated calls to her name yielded no response, and after approximately one minute of silence, Britney was shocked to discover the unmistakable sound of snoring on the other end of the line. Unfazed, she decided to put the call on speaker and consulted her co-worker, confirming that indeed, snoring was audible.
