Internet divided over mother who removed her children from malfunctioning ride in Disneyland Paris
The internet is divided over a mother who removed her children from a broken down ride in Disneyland Paris.
Footage shows the mother stepping into the water on the "It's a Small World" to carry her four children off the halted ride and onto the adjacent platform.
Employees are heard on the tannoy instructing the woman and her family to stay seated.
The filmer told Newsflare: "At Disneyland Paris, the ride broke down for 15-20 minutes. After just 10 minutes, a lady decided to climb out of the boat, take her children out, and climb over the set, while cast members were shouting down the tannoy at her!
"Funnily enough, the lady had forgotten her bag on the boat, so she had to shamefully stand and wait for the boat anyway to get her bag with security."
The video was posted to TikTok where it racked up almost 12 million views. Users were divided over the woman's actions in the comments.
One said: "As someone who was stuck in 'It's a Small World' for over an hour with the song on repeat. I get it."
"That's a mumma protecting her cubs," commented another user.
"Never stick your feet in the water at Disney," claimed one viewer.
