Severe flooding paralyzes Avenida de los Insurgentes, Tijuana

A video shared by @sammy.esk96 captured the intense scene where floodwaters, caused by the relentless downpour, surged dangerously beside the road. The footage revealed a stationary vehicle caught in the midst of the flooding, with water gushing around it.
