Cars with golden headlights on a muddy and rainy Highway 101 under the Olive Mill Rd. overpass, in Montecito on February 5th at dusk — just South of Santa Barbara. This same area was under massive amounts of sludge and debris in 2018 because of the Montecito mudflow, which killed 23 people; Cal Trans has continued Highway improvements ever since.
