The Paratroopers Brigade of the IDF has been actively engaged in combat operations in western Khan Yunis, targeting and eliminating operatives over the past week. The operations have involved sniper fire, close-quarters combat, tank fire, and aerial support to neutralize dozens of operatives.

In one notable incident, soldiers eliminated seven armed operatives at a junction near their position. Additionally, a group of six operatives were targeted, with three being neutralized by tank fire, and three others killed by ground troops as they attempted to escape.

The IDF forces have uncovered numerous Hamas infrastructure sites, including combat facilities, explosives, rigged buildings, and intelligence documents. During a building clearance operation, soldiers successfully disarmed an explosive device directed at the main entrance, and recovered AK-47s and ammunition.

Body cameras belonging to Hamas operatives were also found during a raid, containing footage of operatives arming and rigging a building before the IDF forces arrived. The footage provides insight into the operatives' tactics and preparations.

Concurrently, the brigade's Fire Control Center, in coordination with the Air Force, carried out strikes on weapons storage facilities to further degrade the enemy's capabilities.
