Ceiling Collapses During Bathroom Renovation

Info from Licensor: "I was getting my bathroom renovated and before the fitters came, my friend (a plasterer) was helping me to strip, overboard and skim the walls and ceiling, however it turned out that the current ceiling had not been fixed up properly (long before I moved in) and the whole thing came loose. My friend said it was coming down so I started filming. He positioned his hand to make sure it didn't come down on his head, but seeing it all fall in was still a shock, and the fact that the broken light switched on as it fell was a bonus!"
