Info from Licensor: "I witnessed this woman having a breakdown being denied boarding on her flight. Supposedly the gate agent was asking for them to pay a baggage fee that they denied and when they agreed it was too late. According to an onlooker who was at the scene, people were throwing clothes away to make their bags fit to board the flight. The airline was Frontier Airlines."
