Info from Licensor: "At a Culver City Target, this fire erupted 15 feet from me 10 seconds before the video, believed to be a battery fire. No fire extinguishers in sight. The alarms weren’t going off, so I started warning people and backed away. Some employees ran up but looked lost at what to do and just stood there. As the toxic smoke grew, I calmly walked out with the rest of the store patrons. Sprinklers never went off, but the fire department was there in under 10 minutes. The store is currently temporarily closed."
