PGE Stadium's new ticketing system, which required matching ticket names with identification, led to long lines and delays. Many fans missed Paramore after traveling from afar and waiting up to a year for the show. Despite enduring a 24-hour train journey from Munich to Warsaw and only getting 10 hours of sleep over two days, one fan arrived at the stadium to find herself at the back of the floor crowd. Although disappointed, she reminded herself that everything happens for a reason and was grateful to experience the concert.

PGE Stadium required the ticket name and name in the data once the ticket is scanned to match your identification, otherwise, you must go to a clearing point to resolve it. This led to many long lines and missing Paramore for many who travelled near and far, who waited up to one year for this show, or those like me who have experienced many shows and never experienced this issue with StubHub tickets! Very very very disappointed that I travelled on trains for over 24 hours to get from Munich to Warsaw to see Taylor again, on a total of 10 hours of sleep over the course of two days, paid so much to get here and arrive at the stadium on time to get close to the stage only to end up in the back of the floor crowd! Now that I said all that, I did decide to endure the trains and pay this money, I believe everything happens for a reason, I controlled what I could control, and I am grateful that i get to experience this concert at all!
