Magnitude 4.4 earthquake shakes Los Angeles
On August 12, 2024, a magnitude 4.4 earthquake struck Los Angeles, California, USA, causing noticeable shaking throughout the area. In a video shared by @SarahSaryan, their house can be seen trembling from the quake. The caption noted that the ground rumbled before a big jolt, prompting her husband to announce "earthquake" just before the shaking intensified. Despite some china falling over, @SarahSaryan reported that their cats and family were unharmed.
