While it's true that nobody is asking for additional Independence Day sequels, maybe a spin-off with dogs as the protagonists could work. At least that's what this video shows.

Anouschka can't help but keep recording as the pup's snoring gets more intense by the second, almost seeming like a desperate plea to extraterrestrials to spare his loving human’s life.
For now, though, Anouschka should consider investing in earplugs!
