Info from Licensor: "I David Simonsen filmed a video the 18th of August from Aspire Dream Tower in Manila, Philippines. It was lightning and loud thunder for a while, so I decided to film to see if I could catch some of it. Luckily after filming for only a couple minutes I caught a double purple lighting followed by loud thunder sounds on video."
