Mouse meets its match when the house cat intervenes to save the day
Sophie Patterson was enjoying a peaceful moment at home when she spotted a mouse.
Despite her efforts to shoo it away and even trap it in a plastic container, the little rodent seemed to have made itself quite at home, wandering around as if it owned the place.
Just when it seemed like the mouse was there to stay, Sophie’s cat swooped in.
With a swift pounce, the cat grabbed the mouse in its mouth and dashed off.
It was a dramatic end to the mouse’s brief reign over the house.
