Persistent Flooding Closes St. Augustine Road
St. Augustine Road in Jacksonville, Florida remains closed due to persistent flooding which began the previous night. The Department of Public Works has yet to establish a reopening timeline, pending the drainage of floodwaters into open storm drains. A nearby cleaning business, despite having experienced water ingress, continues to operate, drying clothes outdoors, albeit with limited customer traffic. Video also shows city crews on site planning on fixing the issue. The closure is at 3748 Rubin Rd.
