Brazil: Crafty Fox Climbs Firemen's Ladder To Escape Well

This is the moment a crafty fox can't wait and saves itself after falling down a 20ft well when firefighters lowered a ladder to climb down and save it.
A passerby spotted the trapped fox on 6th September in Limoeiro do Norte, in the Brazilian state of Ceara, after it had fallen down during the night.
But rather than lowering a firefighter with a harness on a winch to rescue the creature, fire chiefs lowered one on their ladders instead and were amazed when the fox used the ladder to climb back to freedom quickly.
Moments after the latter was in place, the fox is caught on video cautiously picking its way to the top rung by rung. It dashes away at top speed within seconds of reaching the top, apparently unharmed.
